Well, as you have noticed, I’m a little behind in my postings! I’ve been a little under the weather and Paul is working like a madman. He did enjoy some new dishes this weekend – I did feel better here and there did some cooking, so it’ll be fun to post that.I just couldn't resist posting these pictures of the sunset today - it just makes you feel that the world is wide open; the stress and tension float away, if just for a minute. And, I think, for once in 4 to 5 days it hasn't rained! I got in the pool and let the cool water wash over me.
