Had a great day today and I’m finally feeling good and now I’ve got to get back to work writing on the blog and posting pictures! So, here’s a short post to get me started. Samia Ahad’s other restaurant – Screening Room has a great little appetizer, “Rosemary Popcorn.” So, I have to give credit where credit is due! But, I made it tonight! I popped up some natural popcorn in the micro and then shook (shake n’ back style) the popcorn , EVOO and chopped fresh Rosemary in a Ziploc bag. Wow – yummy! I actually got Paul to eat some and he normally won’t touch popcorn! So, now I have some snacking food while I write and post! Have a good evening or morning, depending on where you are!
