Duck, Duck, Goose?

What’s your guess? Duck, it is! Yes, we passed by a Chinese food stall and they fry up duck; from the pictures you see that they hang them by the neck raw and then fry them. Once they are finished, they hang them on display until somebody orders one. No, we didn’t get the chance to try out the duck; though I’ve heard the marinated duck tongue is good…anyway, we had just finished eating Mexican (see earlier posting for details).
