What Can I Say? Paul had a Craving!

Yep! I researched it for about 2 hours – and finally found a good candidate! Ole! Who knew we could find some Mexican Food in S’pore? But, we shouldn’t have been surprised; there is every other kind of food here. We ended up at El Patio (kind of a funny name, but whatever!) in Holland Village. This was a great area; very Wash Park like but with High Rises – does that make sense to my Denver friends? The food was quite good – I had some fantastic chicken fajitas and Paul had enchiladas. But most of all we each had a beyond words margarita! “Bombay Margarita on the Rocks” – wow, so good! It was made with Bombay Sapphire Gin (and as you know a Sapphire and Tonic is my favorite drink). So, if you ever get a chance to have one here or somewhere else, go for it!
Hope to have some fun pics for you tomorrow; we’re off to explore some of the outskirts – we’re just letting the MRT take us where it will!
